Alikojeni si hapin e fundit te rutines se kujdesit te lekures. Riaplikojeni cdo 2 ore per nje mbrojtje me te mire ndaj rrezatimit diellor nese jeni te ekspozuar ne diell, pas aktivitetit intensive fizik dhe pas notit.
